What FairPoint floor plans are available?

The Tempo Series offers a variety of thoughtfully designed floor plans ranging from approximately 1,000 to over 1,700 square feet. Choose from two- and three-bedroom layouts with open living spaces, spacious kitchens, and modern designs to fit a variety of lifestyles.

Tempo homes are designed to provide exceptional value while including many of today’s most desirable features, such as open-concept living, energy-efficient construction, quality cabinetry, smart home technology, and attractive exterior designs. Many models also include covered porches and upgraded finishes.

Yes. Many Tempo floor plans include DOE Net Zero Ready construction, Energy Star® appliances, high-efficiency HVAC systems, Ecobee smart thermostats, Low-E argon gas windows, and heat pump water heaters to help reduce energy consumption and improve year-round comfort.

Yes. Depending on the model, you can choose from a variety of available options and upgrades, including exterior styles, kitchens, cabinetry, appliances, flooring, bathrooms, and other interior finishes to personalize your new home.

Yes. Executive Homes has select Tempo models available to tour at our Chico display center, and many models also offer virtual tours so you can compare layouts and features before choosing the right floor plan.
